Returns & Exchanges

At MacLeod's Furniture, we want you to love every piece in your home; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Furniture

  Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and pack it in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
